For the quantity we have stock, MOQ can be 1 case of each size. Usually we have within 20 cases each size in stock. If need customize logo, MOQ 1,000pcs per size.

we will offer the price correspond to your order quantity because shipping cost will change if order quantity different(more order quantity, better average cost for each cup).

Fashion design, high-quality material, having stock quantity, original factory with lower price, plain no logo(which means you can customize any logo you want), considerate after-sale services etc.

If you need plain no logo stock sample, we will need you cover little sample and courier cost. Because we send out many many samples everyday, we can not cover all courier cost by ourselves. Hope you can understand. And if you need sample in your OEM color and print, we will charge you some cost based the real cost happening, and the charge is refundable when order is placed. We accept sample charge by paypal payment.

We normally ask for freight collection for sample delivery. If you have international courier account like Fefex, UPS, DHL and TNT, it would be great. If you don’t have courier account available, we could prepay the freight here and you just pay it to our paypal account accordingly.

For existing stock sample, it will be sent out 2-3days after confirmation.

If need customize sample with your logo, it takes 7 working days to finish.

If we have stock, products can be sent out 2-3days after we get payment.

For mass production, need 20-25days for production after order or sample confirmation.

For printing design, we need AI or editable PDF file for set up the print-plate.

We will make mock-up photo to send you for print details approve include color, size and position before real sample making.

Our products quality meet with FDA, BPA FREE ,LFGB,EU food safe grade and we already have certificates for some of our products.
